With a large product surface and mission-critical customers, Quorum Software needed a way to modernize faster, expand automated testing, and improve AI impact inside their day-to-day workflow.

Why now? Modernization and quality can't wait. Quorum wanted repeatable, codebase-native patterns—not AI slop—so teams across the company could move faster with confidence.

Solution

Over ~30 days, DevClarity set up repo-native rules and context for numerous active repos, delivered the company's first foundational AI Coding trainings, and ran four deep-dive training sessions tailored to Quorum's codebases. The deep dive trainings covered the following areas:

  • Modernization. Understand legacy codebases rapidly with AI, plan the rewrite, and execute framework changes with MCP agents and prompts.
  • Maintenance. Use AI to pull logs/context, find root causes, and ship fixes with guardrail tests.
